Hello and Welcome to my website

I am a fully qualified and experienced integrative Counsellor providing a space of safety, warmth, empathy and acceptance. I offer an environment where you can be truly heard, be yourself and talk through your difficulties without fear of judgement.

I work with whatever you wish to bring to therapy. This could be -

Feelings of anxiety
Low mood or depression
Difficulties with relationships
Work and employment
Life changes
Bereavement

It may be that you are feeling stuck or that something is not quite working within your life currently.

You may wish to learn more about yourself or discover why you react the way you do in certain situations.

I have experience of autism, neurodivergence and experience of counselling those living with Multiple Sclerosis.

I can work with you on a short or long term basis and offer therapy face to face from my custom-built counselling cabin in Plymouth, Devon.

I can also offer counselling online using a secure video link or over the telephone from anywhere in the UK.
